To us, time is of the essence and we believe this is the same for our customers. Customers with print-ready designs (i.e. artwork with required bleedings) can be quickly sent to our production team for fast processing. With a priority fee, urgent orders can ‘jump the queue’ and be fast-tracked to ensure speedy delivery. Our team will keep our customers updated for the status of their order in time.

We are believers and practitioners of the Kaizen principles (i.e. a Japanese practice about improving the standardised programs and processes for the betterment of the company’s products and services). As such, from time to time, we strive to expand our range of products and improve our turn-around time. We also appreciate all our customer feedback, which is always valuable to our Kaizen practice.
